The headlines below should give down ballot Republicans reason to worry. Trump's legal bills are taking priority over Republican congressional, gubernatorial and other campaign races. Even among Republicans political donations are not an unlimited commodity. Joe Biden and the Democrats have a two-to-one fundraising advantage over Trump and Republicans. Plus the Democrats can spend their money on getting out the vote instead of legal bills.
